  • How do I place an order?  Choose one of the following options:

       Call 1-800-294-0494 to place a credit card order or give your purchase order information.
       Fax a purchase order or completed ORDER FORM  to 1-208-323-2397.

  • What does a system consist of and how does it set up?
    Each system includes a Base Station (the main control box) at least 2 contestant stations (the individual player boxes, "buzzers"), the cabling to hook everything together and a power adapter.  Contestant stations link serially ("daisy-chain")  to minimize messy cabling during team play.   Twelve-foot cables extend from the base to the first contestant stations on each team.  Additional contestant stations are linked with three foot cables. 

  • How long will it take to get my QuizMachine?
    Usually within 7-10 days with standard delivery depending upon location, but allow up to 2 weeks. 
     Expect 2-3 days for express delivery.
    Overnight delivery is always an option.  The cost varies depending on location.  Call for details.
     
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Purchase orders, VISA, MasterCard, C.O.D., prepayment by check or money order.

  • Does the QuizMachine™ have a warranty and what does it cover?
    Each system is backed by a full one-year warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship.

  • What if something stops working after the warranty period?
    Affordable repair service is available.
     
  •  Does the system have a built in timer?
      Sorry, it doesn't.
     
  • Does the system interface with a computer?
     No, it is a stand-alone system

  • What is the power source?
     
    The system uses a 12 volt A/C adapter that plugs into a regular wall outlet.  Batteries are not required.
     
  • Can I return the system if it doesn't meet my needs or expectations once it arrives? 
    Absolutely!  There is a 30 day money back guarantee.

  • Does the QuizMachine™ make a sound as well as light up?
    Yes it does!  It makes a loud "buzz".

  • I don't have "teams". How do I use the system for a certain number of individual players?
    Say you need a system to accommodate 4 individuals only.  We recommend buying the 4-team base station and 4 contestant stations.  Since you won't be connecting any additional contestant stations to the first four, please ignore the word "team".   Use the pricing on the PRICE YOUR OWN page for this option.

  • Is there a second or third place indicator?
     
    No.   You'll only know who buzzed in first.
     
  • Do you have longer cables?
    Yes.  We have 20 foot cables in stock at $10 each.  If you prefer those to the 12 foot cables there is a $5 per cable charge to substitute.  We can always substitute the 12 foot for the 3 foot as well.  That's at $2 charge.
