Warranty Summary
(Updated August 2006)
- Complete system: 1-Year
Includes ALL QuizMachine components.
Electronics, switches, connectors, power adapter, pushbuttons and cables.
No component exclusions!
We call it the "peace of mind" warranty against defects in materials
and workmanship.
Generally, if something is defective, it becomes apparent during the first year.
We stand behind our product. Your satisfaction is our topmost
priority!
- Light Bulbs:
Lifetime warranty.
We use a type of bulb that is very long lasting. Bulbs will
give you many years of use! If and when they burn out, we'll replace
them at no charge if they are free of user damage.
- Carrying Case: 5-Year
Manufacturer warranty
The QuizMachine warranty is
subject to the following limitations:
- Damages caused by misuse or abuse are not covered (i.e. twisting or tugging on the light
covers and/or response buttons.)
- Mishandling of lights via removal or abuse of the
bulb voids the lifetime bulb warranty.
- Warranty becomes void if damages are caused by using the product in any way other
than in accordance with QuizMachine instructions for use.
- Warranty becomes void if the product is serviced or
modified by anyone other than Quizco, Inc.
- Warranty is limited to the original purchaser.
- Repair or replacement is made at the discretion of
Quizco, Inc.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
